Informal review applications are being accepted starting April 1st for properties with ONLY inventory changes. We will be accepting those applications through the month of April.
If you do not agree with your current assessment, the Board of Assessment Review will meet Tuesday, May 25th. Starting May 1st you can submit a completed RP524 form to our office. Once a completed form is received, we will contact you to set up an appointment with the board.
If you would like to have a non-hearing, completed forms need to be in our office by 5 pm on May 25th.

Renewal for Senior Citizens Exemptions
Renewal application for senior exemptions will be mailed out in September. As of August 19th, 2020 our building is closed to the public. With these restrictions in place we recommend mailing in your completed and signed application or putting it in our drop box along with copies of your income. During tax collection (September - October) the doors will be open but only one person will be allowed in the office at a time. We recommend homeowners getting their exemption in at this time, while the weather is nice. We do not know what the Covid situation is going to bring in the winter and we do not want you to risk not being able to get your exemption in on time for the March 1st, 2021 deadline. Masks will be required and temperatures will be taken upon entry.
The filing deadline for your Aged / Senior / Star / Disability / Veterans exemption is March 1st.
